Before & After Care

The best patient is a healthy patient. Your state of health and your candidacy for surgery will be determined at the time of consult with Dr. Sachse. Diet, nutrition and weight are addressed as well as what pre-operative tests and medical clearances may be required before your surgery. Pre-operative photos are usually taken for future comparison.

Depending upon the procedure, patients have options available post operatively; going home with a trustworthy caretaker; stay overnight or two in the hospital; or at-home round-the-clock care. Dr. Sachse is accessible 24/7 to answer your calls, concerns and questions. Patients are seen within 24hrs of surgery and as many times as necessary until full recovery (all follow-up care is included in the surgical fee). Presently, we refer our skin care to a professional aesthetic associate.
